Jeff is an historical artist who makes his home in Philipsburg, Montana. he works in Oil, Watercolor, Bronze, and Wood. Nobles is known for the historical accuracy he uses in portraying life in the Old West.

Jeff uses inspiration provided by the Victorian structures and the natural surroundings of his Western Montana home.
